Complete the Royce Brook Project to alleviate flooding by capturing and slowly releasing stormwater runoff. Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to move alternate projects forward.

Provide homeowners with the option for elevation. Keep families in town who want to stay and protect taxpayers from increases that would result from the tax base collapsing.

Fully staff the Borough to handle resident concerns. Hire additional qualified full-time employees to interact with residents, especially for Borough Hall and the Department of Public Works.

Enact a new Main Street ordinance to require landlords to maintain their properties.

Appoint a permanent Council liaison to the Manville Chamber of Commerce to help our businesses.
